U.S. Renal Care in Stephenville, TX is seeking a Unit Clerk to join our clinic team. You will greet patients, manage front-desk operations, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.

In this role, you will maintain records, process charges, and assist with government reporting. You will collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care and clinic efficiency in a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, (including Word and Excel).
• Must be able to organize time and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in all USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors; answer phones and assist with transportation arrangements.
• Maintain medical records and prepare patient records for treatments; audit records for compliance.
• Enter charges and prepare billing and attendance logs; complete forms and reports for government agencies.
• Manage supplies and inventory; reorder when required.
• Prepare lab slips and direct labs to the appropriate laboratory.
