US Renal Care is seeking a Unit Clerk to support clinic operations and deliver high-quality patient care. You will greet patients, answer calls, manage records, assist with transportation, and help with billing and reporting to keep the clinic compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Six months of relevant experience in clinical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in administrative position preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to organize time and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in USRC applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors, answer phones, assist with transportation as needed to create a welcoming environment.
• Update and maintain medical records, prepare charts for treatments, and audit records for compliance.
• Enter charges, prepare billing and attendance logs, and complete forms and reports for governmental agencies.
• Ensure adequate supplies and inventory, reorder when required, and help process lab work by preparing slips and directing labs.
