U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks a Patient Care Technician to assist in providing dialysis treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role includes preparing machines, monitoring patients, and maintaining accurate treatment documentation.

Requirements include high school diploma, CPR within 90 days, and PCT certification within 18 months. Training and safety protocols are emphasized, with full-time hours in an Indiana clinic.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
• Certification as Patient Care Technician within 18 months of hire.
• Successful completion of USRC training within 8 weeks of hire.
• Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments under RN/Charge Nurse supervision.
• Prepare dialysis machines and assist with setup for treatments.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and respond to alarms.
• Document treatment data accurately.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean, organized treatment areas.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
