The role includes documenting treatment data, supporting on-the-job training for new staff, and providing education to patients about their therapy. Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $24.00 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CPR certification required after training.
• Experience in hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor vitals and respond to intradialytic issues.
• Document treatment data accurately.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the dialysis area.
• Assist with patient education and transition duties.
