Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in St. Cloud, MN, seeks a Dialysis Technician to join the clinic team under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patient status, and help ensure a clean, safe treatment environment.

Role requires on-the-job training, strong patient care focus, and commitment to CQI activities and infection control standards. Evening and weekend shifts may be required with rotating days and hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state or national certification within the required state or CMS timeline.
• State licensure, education, and training as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective dialysis therapy under RN supervision.
• Set up and operate dialysis machines and monitor patient status.
• Record vital signs, treatment parameters, and documentation accurately.
