Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred or required as applicable.
• CMS-approved state/national certification and licensure required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status during treatment; respond to issues per protocol.
• Maintain a safe, clean treatment environment and proper infection control practices.
• Document treatment data accurately and support CQI activities.
