Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking dedicated Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients during dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record vital stats, assist with cannulation, observe patient status, and help set up hemodialysis machines.

We value hands-on compassion, reliability, and teamwork. A High School diploma and relevant certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO and BLS/CPR) are required, with benefits including 401(k) match and comprehensive healthcare

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved equivalent).
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vital stats.
• Initiate cannulation.
• Observe patient status during treatment.
• Set up hemodialysis machines.
