Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients across dialysis procedures. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, assist with cannulation, observe patient status, and set up hemodialysis machines.

Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, current BLS/CPR, and applicable certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved). Float position across MA, NY, CT clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification and applicable PCT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and record stats.
• Initiate cannulation and set up hemodialysis machines.
• Provide patient observations and quality care in ESRD settings.
