Job summary

Innovative Renal Care seeks Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care for patients with ESRD. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.

Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma, current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification, current BLS/CPR, and dialysis experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous dialysis experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and perform patient observations.
• Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and operations.
