Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional reviews, validate diagnostic software features for field releases, and ensure timely delivery across iOS, macOS, and related platforms, with a strong emphasis on risk management and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS or related field with 7+ years in engineering program management.
• Track record of managing software projects.
• Experience directing cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end programs from design to release.
• Knowledge of operating systems including iOS, macOS, iPadOS, and watchOS.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional diagnostic projects across iOS, macOS, cloud, Core OS, and hardware.
• Design project implementation plans for new diagnostic requests and drive execution with engineers.
• Coordinate program reviews and status updates on top engineering issues to executives.
• Lead validation of diagnostic software features for field releases and product launches.
• Ensure close inter-team coordination and end-to-end collaboration on all projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of all engineering and technical aspects of AppleCare diagnostic programs.
