Qualifications

• 1-2 years PM in NPI, product quality, customer support or product development
• 2-3 years of people management / cross-functional leadership experience
• Remote team experience is a plus
• Analytical thinking with strategic discernment in multi-disciplinary settings
• Customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
• Experience with digital projects & data is a plus
• Occasional business travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with product, design, and marketing teams to drive insights and actions
• Define and enforce success metrics for digital insight review forums
• Assist in expanding the ERF and improving dashboards and processes
• Support the Social Analytics roadmap for AI/ML BI projects and cross-channel analysis
• Input and prioritize NPI readiness instructions for the product teams
