Job summary

Tempus is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Diagnostics Operations Business Unit. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational initiatives, own key operating systems, and build dashboards to track performance.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can translate complex data into actionable leadership storytelling. Based in a hybrid setting (Chicago or New York), you will support scaling the diagnostics operations while collaborating with BI, SFDC,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related analytical field or life sciences preferred.
2–4 years of operations, project management, healthcare/diagnostics, or data analytics experience.
Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfort in a fast-paced, iterative environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to execute operational initiatives and workflows.
Own operating systems and tools supporting diagnostics operations, ensuring data integrity and security.
Lead ad hoc process improvements as the business scales.
Set up and maintain tracking systems for initiatives and project status.
Build dashboards and reports with BI tools to monitor KPIs and metrics.
