Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of process improvement and operational discipline in high-volume environments.
• Strong project management skills, leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Operations team, including managers who oversee supervisors and CSRs.
• Oversee core customer operations: handling calls, emails, and proactive outreach to secure missing info for patient reports.
• Monitor operational metrics and partner with managers to drive improvements and address performance gaps.
