Harris American Company is seeking a Diagnostic Technician to provide technical troubleshooting and customer support. The role diagnoses mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC-related issues and guides customers and field service technicians through effective solutions.

The position requires a technical degree in electronics or electrical systems, with at least three years of related experience. Travel and after-hours coverage may be required.

Qualifications

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent documentation and communication skills; proficient with Office, Salesforce, and email.

Responsibilities

Assist customers and field service technicians in resolving technical problems.
Review drawings and internal docs to identify solutions and guide issue resolution.
Collaborate with other departments to develop technical solutions and resolve issues.
Provide backup support for field service technicians and participate in after-hours coverage.
