Job summary

Harris American in Cordele, GA seeks a Diagnostic Technician to provide technical troubleshooting and customer support, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and PLC issues, reviewing drawings, and guiding customers and field technicians to effective solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems, support field service activities, and participate in after-hours coverage and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in electronics or electrical systems.
• Three years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Knowledge of RE Linx, RS 500, RS 5000 PLC systems.
• Spanish language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and field service technicians in resolving technical problems.
• Review drawings and internal documentation to identify potential solutions and guide customers through issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop technical solutions and resolve customer issues.
• Provide backup support for field service technicians as needed.
• Participate in after-hours coverage and travel as required.
