Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, diagnose, document, and repair or service products from Siemens manufacturing outside the US.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic tools and equipment in the local department.
• Document findings in the local database or repair report; support RMA coordinator or Sales team when needed.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures and maintain quality; monitor product performance and alert factories if defects are suspected.
