Job summary

Mercy Health – Youngstown seeks a Radiology Technologist for Willard Hospital to perform diagnostic radiology under supervision. The role emphasizes patient safety, accurate imaging, and efficient documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT Diagnostic Radiology certification and be proficient in PACS/EPIC systems, with strong communication and teamwork skills to support an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from ARRT accredited program preferred.
• ARRT certification & license in Diagnostic Radiology required.
• BLS certification preferred/required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Position and immobilize patients for diagnostic imaging.
• Operate imaging equipment and accessories for radiographic procedures.
• Ensure radiation protection principles to minimize exposure.
• Verify consent and complete pre/post procedure documentation.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and radiographic procedures.
