Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with referring physicians, nursing/scheduling professionals, and patients are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support all tasks related to patient scheduling.
  • Facilitate smooth workflow with coordinators/supervisors to ensure resources are filled to capacity.
  • Ensure all procedures are scheduled with excellent customer service and clear patient communication.
  • Assist manager/coordinator with regulatory readiness and compliance.
  • Monitor scheduling reports to identify incomplete or cancelled exams from previous day.
