Job summary

Atlantic Health System in New Jersey is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic x-ray imaging under the direction of a Radiologist. You will generate high-quality radiographs and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited radiography program with NJ RT licensure, ARRT certification, and BLS. 0–3 years of experience preferred; health-care facility experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• ARRT Certification and BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging procedures per guidelines and state standards.
• Sets up, utilizes, troubleshoots and sanitizes imaging equipment.
• Obtains patient history, explains procedures and answers questions.
• Maintains equipment and ensures safety and patient comfort.
• Coordinates daily imaging procedures and communicates with team.
