Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate job-related experience.
• 2 years of direct outside sales experience in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
• Proven selling skills to influence and generate results.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Touchstone Imaging and Lumexa imaging services.
• Gain knowledge of outpatient radiology industry, services and local competition.
• Develop weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans.
• Leverage the Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging CRM system and BI tools for targeting and resource allocation.
• Execute Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging marketing strategy.
• Manage monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral.
• Partner with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
• Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies.
