Job summary

EPIC Health is seeking a Radiology Manager to lead the daily operations of the diagnostic imaging department across locations in the Detroit area. The role focuses on overseeing imaging operations, staff performance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and patient experience to deliver efficient, high-quality services.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years radiology experience with 2+ years in leadership, ARRT certification, and a track record of improving throughput and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of radiology experience, including leadership or supervisory role.
• ARRT certification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of imaging operations, QA, radiation safety, and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the radiology department, including workflow and staffing.
• Ensure efficient delivery of diagnostic imaging services across locations.
• Monitor performance metrics, patient flow, and turnaround times.
• Lead, mentor, and develop radiologic staff and administrative personnel.
• Ensure compliance with ACR, Joint Commission, HIPAA, OSHA and state/federal regs.
• Manage budgets, labor costs, equipment and supplies.
