Job summary

DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital in Detroit seeks a Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the department across modalities, ensuring services meet standards, policy, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to an assigned director, you will oversee staffing, policy development, budgeting, quality improvement, and committee representation to advance patient outcomes and operational excellence across imaging services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical healthcare discipline or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible Diagnostic Imaging leadership experience.
• BLS certification by end of orientation period (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department across modalities.
• Oversee staffing schedules, assignments, and clinical support as needed.
• Lead policy development, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor workflow, complete budgets and performance appraisals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and diversity objectives.
