Job summary

EVERSANA seeks a Field Access Manager (FAM) to serve as the primary point of contact at designated accounts, educating HCP staff about patient access, payer landscape, and access programs. You will coordinate HUB/sp paths, ensure timely reauthorizations, and partner with Sales, Market Access, and Patient Services to remove access barriers.

The role requires deep experience in pharma payer policy, benefit verifications, and CMS processes, with strong data analytics and MS Teams proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare degree advantageous (MS, RN, PA, PharmD)
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with payer policy and patient access
• 5+ years in benefit verifications or prior-authorization or equivalent in patient access
• CMS policies and Medicare Parts B & D familiarity
• Knowledge of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services and patient access programs
• Strong analytical skills to assess market dynamics and data-driven strategy
• Experience with Integrated Delivery Networks
• Proficiency in Microsoft apps and virtual engagements via Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Market Access, Patient Services, Strategic Accounts

Responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within HCP offices and educate staff on access and payer processes
• Provide resources to support patient journey, optimizing prior authorizations and appeals
• Coordinate use of patient service platform to support HUB or SP paths
• Coordinate annual pharmacy reauthorizations to ensure continued therapy
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address access barriers
• Build and execute strategic plans for top accounts and access initiatives
• Understand payer landscape at national, regional, and local levels
• Share field insights to support Patient Support Programs and resources
• Anticipate and address account and patient access issues with stakeholders
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion, model inclusive behavior
