Qualifications

• Oregon Dietitian License required at hire.
• CDR Registered Dietitian required at hire.
• Three years of diabetes education experience in the last 2 years.
• Experience applying adult learning theory to diabetes education.
• Experience with clinical management of diabetes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver diabetes education to clients of all ages.
• Assess health education needs and develop an education plan.
• Collaborate with RNs and RDs in a team-based care setting.
