Providence Medford- OB GYN Health Center and Providence Medical Group Stewart Meadows are seeking a part-time Diabetes Educator to deliver education to clients with diabetes across ages. The position requires Oregon licensure and CDR RD credential, with a minimum of three years of diabetes education experience and knowledge of adult learning

Qualifications

• Oregon Dietitian license required upon hire.
• CDR Registered Dietitian credential required upon hire.
• At least 3 years diabetes education experience.
• Experience with adult learning theory and diabetes clinical management.

Responsibilities

• Provide education for clients with diabetes of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans.
