Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Engagement to shape and execute strategies across DHS, TSA, and aviation partners from its Washington, DC headquarters. The role focuses on aligning business priorities with government requirements and turning complex policy into actionable plans.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, build senior stakeholder relationships, and help guide compliant opportunities for new products and services while traveling to airports and partner sites as

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across government, government affairs, public policy, regulatory affairs, homeland security, aviation security, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies aligning CLEAR’s priorities with DHS, TSA, CBP and other partners across aviation security and traveler processing
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with TSA and government stakeholders to advance priorities and growth
• Translate regulatory, policy, operational, and political developments into actionable recommendations for senior leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compliant pathways for new products, services, and operating models
• Prepare executives for high-impact government engagements with clear objectives and messaging
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with ownership, timelines, and accountability inAmbiguity and time-sensitive environments
• Support regulatory and compliance priorities including regulatory submissions and audits
