RELI Group, Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director, National Security to lead business development and capture across the federal National Security market, with a primary focus on DHS (TSA, CBP, ICE).

The role drives opportunity development, client engagement, capture strategy, and proposal execution while partnering with senior leadership to expand RELI's federal business and grow long-term revenue.

Qualifications

Federal government-related capture experience required.
8+ years in sales, business development, or similar roles with DHS focus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate with executives.
Strategic thinking to win new business.
Time management; multitask and delegate.
Proposals/orals experience preferred.
Deal Sheet reflecting opportunities and wins and losses.
Must be located in the DMV area.

Responsibilities

Own the sales lifecycle for National Security opportunities, with DHS as primary focus.
Lead BD and capture strategy including market analysis and pipeline development.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to align capture with client needs.
Develop win themes and value propositions for mission outcomes.
Oversee proposal development and ensure timely, winning submissions.
