Moffitt Services, a Texas-based fuel and lubricants distributor, is seeking an Outside Sales professional for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role is home-based with occasional travel, focusing on meeting sales targets and expanding our customer base among fleets, industrial users, and operators.

You will manage accounts, develop regional sales strategies, report on market trends, and collaborate with operations to meet project requirements. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven fuel and/or lubricants sales experience.
• Ability to work independently from a home-based office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required.
• Experience with sales CRM tools.
• Valid US driver's license with safe driving history.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned regions.
• Direct and coordinate sales activities in the region, develop project-specific sales strategies, and communicate project requirements to operations.
• Account management and retention focused daily activities.
• Target new customers and follow up on assigned sales leads.
• Provide updated reporting on target projects and an updated market outlook for forecasting purposes.
• Prepare and update all opportunities within CRM.
• Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding satisfactory solutions.
• Remain current in knowledge of competitive activities, pricing, services, and market penetration.
• Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities.
