Job summary

Rivian Automotive is seeking a student in a dedicated internship/co-op program to develop a Design-for-Test verification framework for NextGen Rivian Autonomy Processor. The role involves building block- and chip-level verification, running simulations, and generating detailed verification reports using MBIST and ATPG methodologies.

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited program (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD) with a focus on Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelors, masters, or PhD degree at an accredited university. Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create Block level, Chip level Verification setup using Post-DFT RTL/Netlist.
• Run simulation using the test list or patterns.
• Memory Built-in Self Test (MBIST) verification report generation.
• Analog IP (PVT, Serdes PHY, DDR PHY) tests verification report generation.
• Scan/ATPG verification and test coverage report generation.
