Job summary

Rivian Internship program seeks student candidates for a Design-for-Test (DFT) Verification Framework role. You will develop DFT methodology for NextGen Rivian Autonomy Processor, with on-site work in Palo Alto for the full duration of the spring co-op.

The program requires active student enrollment, an expected graduation between December 2027 and 2029, and eligibility for full-time on-site work (40 hours/week). No visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree at an accredited university.
• Masters preferred.
• Eligible for internship program during term with on-site availability.

Responsibilities

• Creating Block level, Chip Level Verification setup using Post -DFT RTL/Netlist.
• Run simulation using the test list or patterns.
• Memory Built-in Self test[MBIST] Verification Report Generation
• Analog IP(PVT, Serdes PHY, DDR PHY) Tests Verification report generation
• Scan/ATPG Verification, Test Coverage Report Generation.
