Job summary

Global Connect Technologies is seeking a DFT Test Development Engineer with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing test development and electronics validation. You will develop and implement Design for Test (DFT) strategies and support ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, and EOL testing to ensure high-quality product validation and production readiness.

The role requires hands-on experience with PCB/electronics testing, debugging, and documentation, along with strong collaboration across

Qualifications

• 3+ years of DFT/Test Development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, and EOL testing.
• Knowledge of automated test fixtures and manufacturing validation.
• Experience with PCB/electronics testing and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Python, LabVIEW, or C# is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement DFT strategies for manufacturing test.
• Support ICT, FCT, Flying Probe, Boundary Scan, and EOL testing.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to ensure production readiness.
