Responsibilities

• Contribute to the DFT architecture of a multi-core AI accelerator SoC.
• Drive integration of DFT tools into the EDA flow.
• Implement scan insertion, compression, and test logic.
• Generate and analyze ATPG patterns for structural faults.
• Support MBIST implementation for embedded memories.
