Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in IC verification, debugging and test improvements.
• Strong UNIX/Linux and scripting knowledge.
• Familiarity with Advantest V93K preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive logic test & diagnosis strategy on AMD test vehicles.
• Own and deliver logic patterns for AMD test vehicles.
• Run experiments on fault models, corners, and DFT methods.
• Extract, synthesize and report results to AMD experts and product teams.
• Innovate and drive advanced node logic assessment.
