Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a DEXOps Architect to partner with customer IT leadership and embed DEXOps into operational workflows. You will identify workflows, design transformations, and drive adoption to deliver measurable improvements across SaaS platforms.

You will collaborate with Product and Sales, mentor teams, and maintain executive relationships while evolving IT operating models and governance for large enterprises.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in IT operations or related enterprise IT leadership roles.
• Expertise in IT operating models, process redesign, and change management.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives and securing IT executives' buy-in.
• Ability to translate between technical IT language and business outcomes.
• Experience with IT service delivery transformation or enterprise software platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking; map complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation for structured sessions.
• Experience operationalising SaaS solutions to deliver tangible business benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify embedded workflows that drive operational change.
