Job summary

Nationwide Technology is seeking a Technology Engineer to deliver secure, measurable, and automated technology experiences for end users. You will work across endpoints, applications, identity, and workplace services, focusing on telemetry, analytics, and user impact to continuously improve operations.

You will collaborate with IT teams to monitor, optimize, and automate, ensuring SLAs are met and security governs all telemetry and deployments.

Qualifications

Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS or related field preferred.
Strong experience delivering end-to-end IT experience engineering and analytics.
Experience with driving user-centric technology improvements across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Technology Architecture to develop product roadmaps.
Ensure secure software and systems engineering practices across delivery lifecycle.
Designs standard builds and templates for technology platforms.
Drives product improvements through optimization and new features.
Performs proactive monitoring to detect and resolve abnormal conditions.
