Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Software Developer (Agile / DevSecOps) to perform development, sustainment, and modernization for DoD management systems across unclassified and classified environments in Government data centers and cloud, including Aberdeen Fort Hood, TX and White Sands Missile Range, NM. Requires U.S.

citizenship, Active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility for classified work, and DoD 8140/8570-M CE certifications within six months.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English proficiently.
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility for classified work.
• DoD 8140 / 8570.01-M baseline certification and CE certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, secure, and deploy software increments each sprint (≤ 4 weeks).
• Elicit and document user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain backlog.
• Develop in government-approved languages (.NET, Java, C#, C++, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, ColdFusion) under change management.
• Apply secure coding, static/dynamic analysis, and threat modeling to reduce vulnerabilities.
• Sustain and modernize applications across government data centers and cloud environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, source code management, and deployments in Gov data centers and cloud (AWS/Azure).
