Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Software Developer (Agile / DevSecOps) to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. You will develop, test, secure, and deploy software increments every sprint for government systems in unclassified and classified environments.

The role requires a Secret clearance and eligibility for Top Secret/SCI, proficiency in multiple languages, and the ability to work within a strict change-management process while advancing CI/CD in government data

Qualifications

• Agile development and DevSecOps experience required.
• Ability to document user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility required for classified system development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, secure, and deploy software increments each sprint.
• Elicit and document user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain product backlog, architecture, and release plan.
• Develop in government-approved languages (.NET, Java, C#, C++, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, ColdFusion, and others) under a strict change-management process.
• Apply secure coding, static and dynamic analysis, and threat modeling to eliminate vulnerabilities before production.
• Sustain and modernize applications and support CI/CD pipelines, deployments in Government data centers and cloud.
