Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Software Developer (Agile / DevSecOps) for Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This full-time role includes development, security testing, and deployment across unclassified and classified environments within Government data centers and cloud.

The candidate will work on ADSS, PMM, VDLS, CCIR, ATTM, TESTFACS, TDAP, OIP, and SharePoint/PowerApps solutions, ensuring secure coding and compliance with DoD frameworks. A Secret clearance and DoD certifications are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI eligibility required for certain duties.
• DoD 8140/8570-M baseline certification must be obtained within six months.
• Ability to work in English, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, secure, and deploy software increments each sprint (≤ 4 weeks).
• Elicit user stories, maintain product backlog and release plan.
• Develop in Government-approved languages under change-management process.
• Apply secure coding and threat modeling to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployments in data centers or cloud.
