Job summary

Qualifications

• Active DoD 8140/8570.01-M baseline certification appropriate to the work.
• Secret clearance minimum; Top Secret/SCI eligibility required for certain duties.
• Ability to elicit and document user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience developing across unclassified and classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, secure, and deploy software increments each sprint (≤4 weeks).
• Document user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain backlog and release plan.
• Develop in Government-approved languages (.NET, Java, C#, C++, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, ColdFusion).
• Apply secure coding, static/dynamic analysis, and threat modeling to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Sustain and modernize applications including DoD systems and SharePoint/PowerApps.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment in government data centers and cloud.
