Northrop Grumman is seeking a Software Engineer - DevSecOps to join our Software organization on site in San Diego, CA or El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on building and automating large-scale software pipelines with CI/CD, integrated with agile teams.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong SDLC and scripting skills in C/C++/Python, and the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and 2 years of related engineering experience or Master's in STEM with entry level experience.
Experience with the full SDLC and Agile software development.
Experience with embedded system programming, SW integration and testing.
Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
Experience using Jira, GitLab, Docker, Fortify, Coverity or Black Duck.
Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with potential SAP access.

Integrate and automate CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deployment.
Communicate effectively with Software IPT, chief engineers, and development teams.
