Best Egg is seeking a DevOps Engineer II to own complex cloud infrastructure initiatives, chiefly on AWS, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable platforms. You will lead CI/CD and IaC improvements, advance automation, and help mature observability and incident response practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Strong background in CI/CD and IaC.
• Proficient in automation and monitoring practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting of production and pre-production issues.
• Organize and influence design discussions for infrastructure and platform architecture.
• Lead implementation of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code improvements with minimal oversight.
• Drive proactive reliability work, including incident prevention and resilience hardening.
• Partner across Technology to translate requirements into secure, scalable architecture decisions.
• Define and improve operational standards, runbooks, and engineering guardrails.
