Job summary

Expand Energy is seeking a Cloud & Platform Engineer to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms. You will collaborate with developers, data engineers, and platform owners to design resilient systems, automate operations, and improve deployment practices in cloud and low-code environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical skills, with a focus on system performance, reliability, and observability across an diverse platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Experience deploying infra with IaC tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
• Administer enterprise SaaS/PaaS platforms and manage environments.
• Solid Linux/Windows Server knowledge and microservices concepts.
• Familiar with identity, security, networking, and OAuth/OIDC authentication.

Responsibilities

• Design and support reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across cloud and SaaS platforms.
• Implement and promote DevOps/SRE best practices and automation standards.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Develop observability with Splunk, Azure Monitor, and related tools.
• Support AI development platforms and low-code environments.
• Automate operational processes and improve platform reliability.
