Job summary

Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our public safety platform. You will improve reliability, automate deployments, enhance observability, and enable engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.

Responsibilities include managing AWS, developing CI/CD pipelines, and improving monitoring and alerting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable operations and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional DevOps/Platform/SRE experience.
Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure.
Experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
Familiarity with GitOps and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
Experience scripting to automate infrastructure operations and improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability, reliability, security, and high availability.
Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application builds, testing, and deployments.
Improve platform observability by implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Build internal tools and automation to improve developer productivity and reduce manual processes.
Partner with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices and strengthen platform reliability.
Own and drive infrastructure projects contributing to scalability and health of the Mark43 platform.
