Job summary

Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area seeking a DevOps engineer to collaborate with the Customer Success Team to deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain our AWS-based platform. You will script in Python, improve infrastructure, and provide on-call support across environments.

You will work with senior developers and DevOps engineers to develop tooling and processes, gain exposure to programming, deployments, cloud configuration, reporting, and occasional client

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Linux, SQL, and Python; strong scripting skills and ability to review/refactor legacy code.
• Terraform and Jenkins familiarity is a plus; cloud services (AWS) experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 2 years in technical support, help desk, or SAAS operations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve support incidents escalated from Customer Success.
• Provide configuration of SAAS-based software and troubleshoot integrations using Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Monitor AWS and applications; support production, development, and QA environments.
