Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a talented transactional attorney to support the Devices & Services business. You will structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements and counsel internal clients on legal issues related to business operations.

You will work closely with business development, product, and GTM teams on strategic partnerships across apps, devices, and services. You will develop creative, business-centric legal strategies to address risk and enable fast, flexible execution

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.

Responsibilities
