Amazon is seeking a talented transactional attorney to support its Devices & Services business in Seattle. You will structure, draft, and negotiate complex software licensing and technology transactions, partnering with business development, product, and go-to-market teams.

With 5+ years of post-bar experience and a JD, you will counsel internal clients on risk and strategy, manage multiple deals across teams, and help drive fast-paced innovation while protecting Amazon's interests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate a range of agreements.
• Counsel internal clients on legal issues related to business operations.
• Develop strategies for handling legal issues in creative, business-centric ways and build processes that address risk.
• Work with business development, product, and go-to-market teams as counsel on strategic partnership deals.
