Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support Devices & Services business with strategic partnership deals.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate software licensing and other technology transactions.
• Counsel internal clients on legal issues related to business operations.
