Job summary

Amtel Repair is seeking a Cell Phone Repair Technician in Albuquerque, NM to service phones, tablets, and other electronics while delivering friendly, high-quality customer support. Compensation includes base pay with bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Flexible hours include evenings and weekends as needed, with benefits and employee programs designed to help you grow your technical skills and customer service expertise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops, gaming systems, and other electronic devices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.
• Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.
