Job summary

A Phoenix-area CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Chandler, AZ seeks a Cell Phone Repair Technician. You will diagnose and repair phones, tablets, and other electronics while delivering exceptional customer service and building trust with clients.

Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, resolving issues, and staying current with new technologies. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with sales experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories and device care preferred.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, laptops and gaming systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Sales experience is a big plus.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus.

AVG ALL IN PAY WITH BASE AND BONUSES $16-$18/HR
