Job summary

CPR Cell Phone Repair by Amtel Repair in Chandler is seeking a friendly Cell Phone Repair Technician who can deliver outstanding service while diagnosing and repairing a wide range of devices.

You'll engage with customers, assess needs, and tackle electronics repairs on phones, tablets, and more. High school diploma required; evening/weekend availability and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics.
• Selling accessories and device care products.
• Knowledge of mobile devices, OS, laptops and gaming systems.
• Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalents.
